Our physical store is located at Calle Línea No. 459 between E and F, Vedado, Plaza de la Revolución, Havana. We also have an online store with delivery throughout Havana.
- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Domingos: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
You can visit us anytime during opening hours. Select your flowers and our florists will prepare your bouquet on the spot. You can also place an order and pick it up later, or request delivery.

- You will be directed to our business WhatsApp line to make the payment.
You can book up to 7 days in advance. An order is only confirmed upon payment. We require a minimum of 3 hours from confirmation to produce and deliver.
- Deliveries from 10:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- The messenger waits for up to 10 minutes.
- If delivery is not possible due to the recipient's absence or incorrect information, the product will be returned and reshipping will incur an additional cost.
- Some arrangements require motor transport.
Payments, Changes and Cancellations
We do not accept modifications to confirmed orders. To adjust a product, you must cancel the existing order and place a new one.
- 7-5 days before: a discount is applied. 30%.
- 5-3 days before: a discount is applied. 50%.
- Less than 3 days: cancellations are not accepted. The shipping cost is always refunded.
No. The reservation is only confirmed upon payment.
Events and Special Services
Yes. In collaboration with Aire de Fiesta, we offer decoration services for weddings, social events, and corporate events.
Wedding Bouquets
We offer three types of service for bridal bouquets: Classic Bouquet, Personalized Bouquet, and Designer Bouquet. Each option corresponds to a different level of customization and experience.
The Classic Bouquet is a fixed-design bouquet, elegant and timeless. It is a round, compact, and small bouquet, composed of eight white roses and baby's breath, with the stem wrapped in fabric ribbon. No modifications are possible.
The Classic Bouquet can be reserved directly at our physical store.
The personalized bouquet is created based on the client's choices. The bride defines the colors, style, and types of flowers, and can provide references or specific instructions that will be taken into account during the creation process.
This service can only be booked in-store, where all the details of the order will be collected and confirmed.
The Designer Bouquet is an exclusive floral design service. Each bouquet is a unique piece, designed from the creative vision of Juan Carlos Brito Vázquez, our Creative Floral Director, and aligned with the style of the bride, the dress, and the wedding.
This service requires an appointment.
Floral Workshops
The workshops are completely free. The only cost is for the materials you will use during the session.
High-quality flowers, stands, and all the necessary supplies to complete your final piece.
All sessions are led by our Floral Creative Director, Juan Carlos Brito Vázquez.
No. Due to the advance preparation of materials: We do not accept cancellations or refunds once the booking has been made.
